Leadership is not about innate qualities; it’s about developing and honing skills over time. Approaching challenges as opportunities for growth can build resilience and reduce self-doubt, even in complex leadership environments.
Strengthening leadership identity and leveraging personal strengths can empower women to achieve their growth goals. Rather than worrying about whether you fit the “leader” label, this workshop will work on leadership behaviors—solving problems, driving results, and inspiring teams.
Workshop 2: Overcoming Obstacles and Achieving Goals
