Empowering Women Leaders: Workshop 3 - Advocating for Equality in your Team - Cheryl Strauss Einhorn

Cheryl is a world-class thought leader and truly outstanding coach. Her research explores the way that people lean on cognitive biases to make decisions . Cheryl has extensively worked with people who have navigated challenges - both external boundaries and internal hurdles. She brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to each of her workshops, helping people build their decision-making toolkit so that they can unlock greater leadership, confidence and conviction as they pursue their great futures. 

Building environments that allow for all types of leadership to succeed requires intentional action from CEOs and founders to address both cultural and structural barriers.

By redefining leadership to value a broad range of behaviors, fostering a growth mindset, and providing formal recognition for leadership contributions, CEOs can empower everyone in their team to embrace leadership opportunities. 

For example: shifting focus from titles to actionable skills, amplifying role models, and normalizing leadership growth and doubt are critical steps to unlock untapped talent.
